The terms governing your use of this website and your dealings with LMX HEALTH L.L.C.
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of the Site and its informational content. Purchases of food and beverages at our venues are governed by the terms and applicable law at the point of sale; partnership, supplier, or employment arrangements are governed by their own written agreements. Nothing on this Site creates a contractual relationship between you and us.
2. Description of Services
LMX HEALTH L.L.C develops and operates food service venues across four formats: full-service restaurants (including fine dining, family restaurants, steakhouses, pizzerias, diners, brew pubs, bagel and doughnut shops); limited-service and fast-casual formats (including fast food, sandwich and sub shops, carryout, delivery, drive-in, buffets, and cafeterias); café and bakery formats (coffee shops, bakery cafés, and on-premise baking operations); and snack and beverage formats (juice, smoothie, and soft-drink bars, ice cream and frozen yogurt shops, snack bars, canteens, and refreshment stands). Site descriptions are summaries only.
3. No Professional Advice
Site content — including menu descriptions, nutritional characterizations, and business commentary — is general information, not medical, nutritional, legal, or financial advice. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should speak directly with venue staff before ordering; while we follow allergen protocols, we cannot guarantee any item is free of allergens.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM SITE USE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LMX HEALTH L.L.C and its members, managers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Riverside County, California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version here. The "Last Updated" date reflects the latest revision; continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
